The Life Checklist is a checklist of 40 items which, when completed, gives you more happiness and personal freedom.

These 40 items are grouped in 4 areas of life with 10 in each group: Family and friends, Well-being, Physical Environment, and Learning. These 4 areas are the cornerstones for a strong and healthy life, and the program can support you in cleaning up, restoring, and polishing many aspects of your life.

Your goal is to eventually get a score of 40 out of 40. To have full integrity (like a complete circle) is normal; the program gives you a path to get there in a natural way.

There are several steps to completing the Life Checklist Program.

1. Answer each question. If true, check the box. Be a hard grader! If the statement is sometimes or usually true, please DO NOT check the box until the statement is always true for you. (No “credit” until it is really true!) If the statement does not apply to you, check the box. If the statement will never be true for you, check the box. (You get “credit” for it because it does not apply or will never happen.) And, you may change any statement to fit your situation better.

2. Write down your total scores, and then add them up. You know where your baseline or starting point is.

3. Keep playing until all boxes are filled in. You can do it! This process may take 30 or 360 days, but you can get it done! Use your coach or a parent to assist you. And check back once a year for maintenance.
