Rate each life area using the sliders.
The Life Scale is a set of ratings for different areas of your life.
1. Use your mouse (or finger on an iPad/tablet) to rate each area on a scale between 1 and 10. Be a hard grader! A rating of “1” means it is the very worst, a rating of “10” means that it is the very best—like being in heaven!
2. Find your lowest rating. Start working on that one. How can you improve it right now? What is the smallest thing you can do to make this area of your life better?
3. Use your coach or a parent to assist you with areas that are rated low. You can play with this about every 30-60 days.
